La estación total de construcción Leica iCON iCR80 centra su atención en una sola cosa: el objetivo del usuario. Replantee más puntos al día gracias a ATRplus, la tecnología de apuntado, bloqueo y reenganche automatizado más sólida del mercado. La iCR80 es especialmente útil en sitios congestionados con muchas distracciones, como reflejos, máquinas y personas en movimiento. Las condiciones desafiantes y cambiantes del lugar en cuestión no deberían suponer un obstáculo.
La iCON iCR80 permite al usuario realizar las siguientes tareas:
- Replanteo de líneas para apoyo de cimentación o trazos de línea con yeso para encofrado en cimientos
- Replanteo de puntos en capas ciegas para introducir tuberías o efectuar cortes antes de verter el hormigón
- Replanteo fácil utilizando datos de diseño reales, desde objetos CAD 2D hasta modelos BIM basados en objetos
- Replanteo de instalaciones mecánicas, eléctricas y de fontanería (MEP) en canalizaciones de tuberías en la pared, ubicaciones de colgantes para sistemas de calefacción, ventilación y aire acondicionado (HVAC) y trabajos de conductos, inserciones y cortes para trabajos en chapas metálicas
- Realización de tareas de ejecución y verificación directamente en la obra
- Control de una amplia variedad de máquinas de construcción, como máquinas de guarniciones y cunetas, fresadoras, asfaltadoras o pavimentadoras y niveladoras o excavadoras
La iCON iCR80 garantiza la eficiencia durante el diseño con el procedimiento de estacionamiento automático más fiable y sencillo que existe, un bloqueo de prisma líder en la industria y un manejo flexible de modelos de diseño en 3D completamente renderizados en el terreno. Esta sofisticada estación total de manejo por una sola persona ofrece una solución "todo en uno" para cualquier propósito, sobre todo los difíciles, lo que permite acelerar el flujo de trabajo.
Como variante de la iCR80, Leica Geosystems ha introducido la Leica iCON iCR80S con una interfaz de usuario simplificada. Sin pantalla y sin software de campo iCON a bordo, la iCR80S puede manejarse mediante un teclado de 4 botones.

Ability to layout complex designs
Laying out intricate designs is a difficult task construction crews face every day. Complex geometries must be simplified by converting them to lines and rectangles, which means the staked point will not represent the true design when brought to the field. With iCON build Layout Objects app, users can lay out straight from 3D models by selecting an object, like a column or pipe, simply by tapping on it in the controller and benefit from the flexible creation of layout work packages for effective work progress management.
Most stable prism lock
The iCR80 and iCR80S come with automated target aiming based on ATRplus technology which enables automatic aiming, locking and re-locking onto targets. ATRplus keeps the instrument locked on the prism whether the prism is on a surveying pole or on a moving machine. Furthermore it intelligently and automatically detects and adapts to environmental conditions, such as light, dust, rain and other site conditions As a result, down time resulting from loss of target lock is being minimised and your layout task or machine control project become more productive.
Dynamic Lock
Both, the iCR80 and iCR80S optionally feature the Dynamic Lock functionality which enables an enhanced lock-on capability onto moving targets. You no longer need to stand still and wait for the instrument to find and lock to the prism. Thanks to ATRplus and Dynamic Lock, the iCR80 and iCR80S get the best automation performance with a larger area for searching and locking onto a moving target.
