What is your role at Leica Geosystems and for how long you have been working with the company?
Machine Control Representative for MexAM Region since Jan 4th 2016.

How has Leica Geosystems helped you in career development?
Trusting in me, supporting my decisions and providing exposure.

What do you enjoy most about working at Leica Geosystems? 
To be in contact with great people and having a great team.

How do you balance your career at Leica Geosystems, and your personal life?
Having quality time with the family is the key factor to have a right work-life balance. Spending quality time with family is a key factor to have a right work-life balance. Although I travel frequently for work, I’ve had the flexibility to not lose any valuable time with my family such as school events, birthdays, or anniversaries.

What are the career lessons that you have learned so far working at Leica Geosystems?
Nobody will give you anything; you have to fight for everything to get things done. Quarter numbers are more important than numbers in a middle and long term strategy.

How do you define success?
To enjoy life
