In an effort to best support our dealers and selling units across all regions, today we announce the opening of our new Leica Geosystems Service Hub in Singapore assisting our network in Asia.

Each Leica Geosystems product has a specific service level concept based on its technical complexity, infrastructure demand and required processes. In this context, Leica Geosystems’ Service Hub structure aims to deliver the highest quality support by providing regions with access to specialised engineers with a deep knowledge and understanding of our solutions.

As of December 1st, 2019, our new Asia Service Hub is available to service Mid and High End total stations. Further products and services will be introduced gradually throughout the coming year including the repair and maintenance for the RTC360 3D reality capture solution or calibration for the BLK360 imaging laser scanner.

Upon receiving these details we’ll provide you with further instructions, including shipment.

*Dropped instruments still need to be sent to our factory in Switzerland to undergo specific climate and temperature tests.
