As the speed of change continues to accelerate, it is imperative that we continue to learn and grow as individuals and as an organisation.
We believe that learning and development happens in many ways, on and off the job. We achieve this though learning from each other; taking on challenging assignments; coaching and feedback; staying current in one’s field through participation in professional associations; as well as technical and lead-ership programmes offered by the company.
