Hexagon Mining solutions well represented at IMME, India’s largest mining trade show
India’s premier business association, the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), organised this year’s 12th International Mining and Machinery Exhibition (IMME), the largest trade fair dedicated to the mining industry in India. Over 350 companies from 12 countries took part in this four day event from December 3-6, 2014 at the Salt Lake Stadium Grounds, Kolkata, India.
Hexagon Mining, offering integrated life-of-mine solutions for planning, management, optimization and safety, was represented by Elcome Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (ETPL), part of the Hexagon Group. ETPL promoted Hexagon Mining’s brand integration at their stand by presenting such innovative products as Leica Geosystems’ Nova MS50, the HDS8810 mine scanning system and Fleet Management Solutions also from Leica Geosystems, as well as Mine Planning software from MINESIGHT and SAFEmine safety solutions. These cutting-edge products and solutions could be seen all over the news, blogs, and social media channels throughout the entire event and ETPL’s participation in keynotes and strategic meets was also well received.
During the day, company leaders, surveyors, engineers and educators were able to enjoy company presentations, product demonstrations, Q&A sessions and had the opportunity to network with professionals as well.
