This is us
We have 20 Scrum teams on several continents. For our high-precision instruments, different teams focus on specific technologies and products, for example BSP, embedded, application development, CI/CD, client-server and desktop and web applications. The teams work closely together, support one another and share their knowledge.
Our teams are made up of developers, product managers and one Scrum master each: They work together in an agile and self-directed manner. Our interactive team exchange thrives on the contribution and enthusiasm of each team member. Because of this passion and the long-term commitment to our product teams, we have always been able to attract new colleagues and retain talent for years (sometimes even decades). We also support any further development within the entire company.
Hack Zurich 2022 - We did it
Several hundred developers worldwide came together to make the impossible possible. They have 48 hours to come up with an innovative solution that the participating companies want to implement. Great prizes awaited the winners, in addition to entertainment and networking opportunities. We were there, offering participants the chance to use the Leica Captivate TPS instrument simulator for their own virtual reality experience. A total station was virtually mapped and connected to our surveying software to take measurements in the virtual environment created by the participants. The participants excelled with with creative results.
