Leica Geosystems offers high-end 3D machine control solutions for any heavy construction application on your construction site. Leica iCON pave is designed to make paving work for asphalt operations and contractors easier, more precise, eco-friendly and lower-cost. Inaccuracies resulting from stringline paving are eliminated, as the machine works according to a 3D design model, based on which the Leica MC1 software guides the paver with millimetre accuracy towards the desired result.

One-for-all


The Leica iCON pave MC1 machine control software and other solution components allow the user to quickly swap between different types of required applications, given the respective Leica MC1 licenses are available. The intuitive user interface easily adapts to any job site conditions and operator experience, resulting in higher equipment utilisation and reduced CO2 emissions for your paving production machinery fleet.
Utilise Leica iCON pave with the cloud platform Leica ConX for a smooth workflow, for the entire project team and fleet. The auto-generated production logging allows paving-related data to be available in the office for reporting.

Connectiviteit met de cloud


De cloudconnectiviteit biedt projectmanagers nagenoeg in realtime een blik op de vooruitgang en ontwikkelingen op de bouwplaats. De productieregistratie synchroniseert automatisch naar het Leica ConX -platform, zodat het kantoor voor hun rapportage beschikt over bestratingsgegevens. Daarbij komt nog dat de oplossing communicatie in twee richtingen ondersteunt. Hierdoor kunnen 3D-ontwerpbestanden onmiddellijk en naadloos via deze cloudinterface worden verzonden of bijgewerkt.

Features made for precision


Leica iCON pave offers features that help optimise paving jobs to the maximum. Smart Spare and Auto leapfrogging allow you to safely automate the triggering of prism measurements in addition to TPS repositioning loops or loss of prism lock due to obstructions. This helps increase productivity when using TPS, GNSS, and steering control systems, allowing you to achieve high-accuracy results on automated base layer jobsites as well.
Moreover, integrating a Leica Safety Awareness Solution can automatically trigger safe machine warnings and provide proactive incident data for when people are in risk areas.

Uw CO2-voetafdruk verkleinen


Bedrijven in de grond-, weg- en waterbouw streven onophoudelijk naar een kleinere uitstoot in verschillende toepassingen. Met de Leica iCON pave-asfaltoplossing voorzien wij projectmanagers en machinisten van de juiste tools om het juiste materiaal op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats te krijgen. Zo is er ook geen afval meer, omdat te koud of te warm asfalt geen probleem meer is, en kan de machinist verschillende machinefuncties automatiseren en zich volledig toeleggen op de productiecyclus.
