Leica iCON site milling pilot is your first step into digitised GNSS milling. Control the precise cutting depth and gain from increased productivity, higher precision and smoother surfaces by moving away from traditional methods in the re-paving process. Forget about losses in milling quality resulting from vague or missing spraymarks. The iCON site milling pilot calculates the difference between the existing and the design surface at the cold planers’ current position. In addition, set values at predicted points ahead of the current position are calculated. The automated differential milling pilot takes away the need to enter the milling values manually.

切削品質の向上

Leica iCON site milling pilotで“copying-effect”を取り除くことにより、より滑らかな切削面を実現し、突起を回避します。Leica iCONコントロールパネルでは、ソフトウェアが現在の位置より先の予測したポイントでの設定値と勾配（横断）値を画面表示します。次に、Cold Planerの現在位置の理論計算値をマシンのLevelingコントローラーに入力する必要がありますが、差分を自動送信する機能により、切削値を手動で入力する必要がなくなります。milling pilotの自動機能は、Level Pro、Level Pro Active、およびLevel Pro Plusのインターフェースを備えた現在ラインナップされているコンパクトおよび大型のWirtgen切削機で利用できます。

スプレーによるマーキング不要

切削深さの値をアスファルトに手動でスプレーするというエラーが発生しやすいプロセスは過去のものです。スプレーによるマーキングは、雨に流されたりして数値が読めなかったり、建機がマーキングの上にある場合、数値が読めないというリスクの可能性があります。既存面と設計面をiCON site milling pilotに読込みするだけで、ソフトウェアは2画面のプレビューで現在の位置より先の予測したポイントでの設定値を画面表示します。
