Leica iCON grading system for dozers will revolutionise how you move dirt and fine grade. The 3D solution brings design surfaces inside the cab and visualises your work progress in real-time with Leica MC1’s intuitive user interface. Work independently and accurately anywhere on the project design guided by a GNSS system or a robotic total station. Leica iCON grade 3D solution for dozers can dramatically increase machine use and productivity and optimise material on any earthmoving and fine-grading contract. This system can be used with a wide range of sensors and combines ease of use, flexibility and an intuitive user interface.
The solution integrates Leica ConX enabling easy data transfer between office and machines, remote communication, fleet management and earthmoving productivity analysis via the ConX website.

Control the full range of movement of a six-way blade attachment with on-cab configurations that include Leica MC1 v.6.6 and the revolutionary positioning technology of SP15 sensors.
Visualise your work progress
Access all relevant functions directly on the run screen and easily visualise the work progress with Modify Models, updated with tool point interaction. The tool’s edge movements are featured on a live heatmap with the surface logging functionality. Customise the heatmap colours to see the tool edge history to target height distance.
Seamless data sharing
The solution integrates with Leica ConX, which enables seamless data sharing between office and machine, remote communication, fleet management and earthmoving productivity analysis. Site managers can synch all as-built data created with surface logging functionality to the ConX 3D page for progress tracking, reporting, volume calculations and model creation. Sync data to USB in PTS format to bring on the go.
